Diamond cut alloys, like new again
That sharp, machined two-tone face from the showroom — brought back to life on our diamond-cutting lathe. Ideal for kerbed or tired diamond-cut wheels.
The factory finish, brought back
Diamond-cut wheels look the business when they're new — that bright, machined face with the darker painted recesses — but they don't take kindly to kerbs. Once the lacquer lifts they start to corrode and go milky round the edges. We put them right on a CNC diamond-cutting lathe, which is the same process the manufacturers use in the first place.
The wheel's stripped, any kerb damage is filled and prepped, then a fine layer is skimmed off the face to bring back that crisp cut, and it's sealed with fresh lacquer. Done properly, you'd struggle to tell it from a brand new wheel.
- Precision lathe — a true factory-style cut
- Kerb damage filled and prepped first
- Fresh lacquer to keep corrosion at bay
- Recesses colour-matched to the original
- One wheel or a full set
